Bauer Property Management, located in Erie PA, has merged with Henry Real Estate Management. Matthew Bauer has 20 years of construction and property management experience, while Mark Henry has 34 years of experience with Student Housing in the Gannon area. Our companies were built on the principles of creating quality apartments for student housing, providing reliable service and listening to the customer. Our portfolio of apartments range from efficiency units all the way through 5 bedroom units. With Bauer Property Management's 165 Units and Henry Real Estate Management's 71 Units, we can provide over 200 apartments combined for all of your off-campus housing needs.
